So we ended up getting this dress by mistake and Holly and Bloom made it right and we kept it. Our daughter wore it once and it came apart at the seams. I sent a chat to Holly and Bloom and it said if you leave chat they will email you. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t heard anything. We have other things from Holly and Bloom that have been great quality, maybe this one is defective?
***update*** they sent a response giving me a few options to fix the issue. I responded over 2 days ago and still have not heard again. I’m not sure why they are not responding back via their chat feature.
